Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

  • Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
  • Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice.
  • Inform the user of their right to file a counter-notification.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on our website was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and, unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
