Data Sources
Menu information on GetFoodMenus.com is compiled from the following primary sources:
- Official restaurant websites - menu pages and PDF nutrition guides published by each chain
- SEC filings - annual reports for publicly traded chains for store count and regional data
- Press releases - official announcements about menu changes, new items, and promotions
- Menu boards - in-store and drive-thru menu displays photographed and verified
Price Verification
Prices listed on GetFoodMenus.com are the national average or typical price for the contiguous United States. We acknowledge that prices vary by location due to local operating costs, franchise pricing, and market factors. Each page displays a “Last reviewed” date indicating when prices were last verified.
Nutrition Data
Calorie counts and macronutrient data (protein, carbs, fat) are sourced from official restaurant nutrition PDFs and online menu databases. Where official data is unavailable, we use third-party estimates clearly marked as such. All nutrition data is for standard preparations without modifications unless noted.
Update Frequency
We review and update menu data on a rolling basis. Each restaurant page is reviewed at least monthly. Major menu changes (new item launches, price adjustments, seasonal menus) are updated within 7 business days of notification or discovery.
Correction Process
If you identify an error, please use the Contact form. All submissions are reviewed within 3 business days. Verified corrections are applied immediately.
